At Elm Hill Furnishings, we strive to deliver your furniture quickly and safely.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
 - Shipping Time: Most items ship within 7–14 business days, depending on product availability and destination.
 - Carriers:Â We partner with trusted carriers and freight companies to deliver your order.
 - Delivery Area:Â We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
 - Tracking:Â Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items.
- Return Window:Â 14 days from the date of delivery.
 - Condition:Â Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
 - Non-Returnable Items:Â Mattresses, clearance/final sale items, and any furniture that has been assembled or customized.
 - Return Shipping:Â Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
 - Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
