At Elm Hill Furnishings, we strive to deliver your furniture quickly and safely.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Most items ship within 7–14 business days, depending on product availability and destination.
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers and freight companies to deliver your order.
  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unused items.

  • Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Mattresses, clearance/final sale items, and any furniture that has been assembled or customized.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
